FAQ

Is the Biokinetic Armblaster a seventh firing form?
No. Its scan identifies a tool and the player’s Lifeblood signature. It does not describe a seventh firing pattern; the six named blasters have separate behavior entries.

What do the game files confirm?

The scan is about the object you are examining. It links the tool to the player through its Lifeblood signature and describes biological contamination on the surface. Those are identification details, not a list of combat modifiers.

A scan target, an inventory entry and a weapon-menu label answer different questions. This record identifies the tool; Alpha, Spread, Gatling, Spire, Nova and Plasmawave describe firing behavior. Keep the two levels separate when comparing a guide with the menu in your save.

Mechanic Documented behavior
Object role Tool for laborers and soldiers
Surface condition Traces of Blight tissue
Lifeblood signature Belongs to the player
Firing statistics Not supplied by this scan

How can you apply these clues?

  1. When scanning, record the exact target name before assigning a firing form to the image. An arm-mounted tool illustration is not enough to identify its active mutation.

  2. Use the weapon menu to identify the active form, then open that form’s guide for charging, projectile behavior and upgrade wording.

  3. Keep observations about identity in the notebook separately from measured combat behavior. This prevents a lore statement about Lifeblood from becoming an unsupported resource-cost rule.

Start with Alpha Blaster for the standard semi-auto description. The six-form comparison distinguishes the actual firing patterns; the Biokinetic scan should not be added as another row with invented combat statistics.

Acquisition and verification limits

The entry does not identify a pickup room, assign a firing pattern or quantify the influence of the Blight tissue. None of those details can be inferred from the ownership signature.

The expandable records below preserve the original game wording and source keys. A bundled record is not proof that the item or encounter is available in the Demo.
